Renson te Waregem, producent en marktleider van ventilatiesystemen, zonwering en overkappingen, heeft zijn reeds grote machinepark van FOM machines uitgebreid met een automatische zaaglijn van FOM en een Volpato borstelschuurmachine.
Deze twee machines staan in lijn en zorgen voor een perfecte afwerking van de profielen voor het lakken, waardoor er geen lakfouten plaatsvinden. Slechts 1 operator plaatst de volledige lengtes profielen op de aanvoerzone van de zaaglijn FOM LT65, waarna ze op maat gezaagd worden en rechtstreeks in de borstelmachine gevoerd worden. Deze schuurt/polijst het verzaagde profiel op alle zijden, ongeacht de vorm van het profiel.
Deze lijn vervangt 5 arbeiders, die tot op heden de profielen manueel dienden te schuren/polijsten. Hierdoor zal Renson deze investering binnen de kortste termijn terugwinnen. Indien deze lijn niet 100% benut wordt, kan deze ook dienen om alle andere profielen van Renson te verzagen. Een extra punt, waardoor zij zeer flexibel deze lijn kunnen inzetten.
